Materials

These are the materials that I used for this picture :

• Stretched canvas 24” x24″
• Vine charcoal
• Artist oil paints ( mainly Windsor and Newton and Art Spectrum, plus the occasional Gamblin and Le franc)

          – Titanium white

          – Yellow ochre

          – Burnt sienna

          – Raw umber

          – Burnt umber

          – Ivory black

          – Cadmium yellow light

          – Cadmium red light

          – Light red

          – Permanent alizarin

          – Spectrum green light

          – Sap green

          – Phthalo green

          – Cerulean

          – Cobalt blue

          – Ultramarine

• Filbert hog bristle brushes, 4,6,8,10, small round and Taklon filberts 2,4 and 6
• Odourless solvent
• Refined linseed oil
• Plenty of cotton rags
